Participation: M.D. Sinha, the Principal Secretary and Tourism-cum-Vice Chairman, announced the participation of 40 countries, with ambassadors joining the fair on various occasions.

Dates: The festivities span a fortnight from February 2, Friday, to February 18, Sunday, offering visitors traditional folk dances, musical shows, and puppet skits.

Timings: The Mela operates from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM daily.

Ticket Prices: Ranging from INR 100/- to 200/-, with weekday prices at INR 120/- and weekend prices at INR 180/-. Discounts include 50% off for students, senior citizens, differently-abled individuals, and soldiers.
